This policy is only valid for damaged/misprinted/incorrect items. We do not offer refunds/exchanges for ordering the wrong size (or items that don't fit). We provide size guides for all apparel on each product page.
We have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report to us if it is damaged, incorrect, or misprinted.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please email clear photos of the item and include your sales order number and reasoning for the request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/Cancellations
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We are not responsible for accidental or wrong purchases. Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement. You can cancel your order if we don't ship your item within the shipping info provided in time, and you will receive a full refund.
Digital downloads: All sales are final—no cancellations or refunds for digital artwork.
Incorrect shipping: Verify the shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If we don't ship your item

Refunds
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at admin@legionoftheleprechaun.com.
